§ 42-6-103. Application
Universal Citation: CO Code § 42-6-103 (2022)
- Except as provided in subsection (2) of this section, this part 1 applies to motor vehicles and off-highway vehicles.
- This part 1 does not apply to an off-highway vehicle that:
- Was first sold or transferred before July 1, 2014, until the off-highway vehicle is sold or transferred to a powersports vehicle dealer after July 1, 2014; or
- Is used exclusively for agricultural purposes on private land.
