The Town Council may, by resolution or by ordinance, enter into contracts or agreements with public and/or governmental units, agencies, Councils and commissions and entities for the use of properties, improvements, buildings, equipment, or facilities, and for furnishing or receiving commodities or services and for all other legal purposes.
