The Town Council shall adopt a Master Plan for the Town and update it from time to time as the Town Council deems appropriate. The Town of Parachute Master Plan, as well as any legally adopted amendments, shall be considered a Master Plan for the purposes of this Section. (Amended January 17, 2019)
