Every ordinance shall be in written or printed form. The enacting clause of all ordinances shall be, “BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF PARACHUTE, COLORADO.” Failure of the enacting clause to comply with this Section shall not invalidate the ordinance. (Amended January 17, 2019)
