Members of boards or commissions shall be removable by a majority vote of the Town Council. The resolution creating a temporary advisory commission shall describe the advice to be provided to the Town Council or the task to be accomplished by the temporary advisory commission. Unless otherwise provided by the establishing ordinance or resolution, the Town Council shall make appointments to fill vacancies for unexpired terms. Unless otherwise provided by this Charter or the establishing ordinance or resolution, each board and commission shall choose its own chairperson from its members and adopt and follow its own rules of procedure. All meetings of boards and commissions shall be open to the public. Copies of all records of all meetings shall be kept and placed in the office of the Town Clerk for public inspection. Reports shall be made to the Town Council as the Town Council shall require.
