The following appendices are hereby adopted as a part of this title:
A. Appendix 1: Submittal Requirements.
B. Appendix 2: Plat Certificates.
C. Appendix 3: Fee Schedule.
D. Appendix 4: Development Improvements Agreement.
E. Appendix 5: Cost Reimbursement Agreement.
The Appendices may be amended from time to time by the Town Council. Such amendments shall be effective upon such adoption, and shall be physically incorporated into the Parachute Municipal Code. (Ord. 711 §1 (Exh. A), 2017; Amended Ord. 757 §2, 2019)
