A. The Rural Agricultural Zone District is intended to provide areas that are most suitable for agricultural and agriculture-related purposes due to location, soil quality, existing land use and the availability of irrigation water. Other rural, nonagricultural uses such as large lot single-family residences that do not require water and/or sewer service may also be appropriate in the RA Zone District.

B. Land uses are permitted as shown in the schedule of uses in PMC 15.02.230.

C. Lot and building requirements shall be as shown in Table 2.1.
