A. The Limited Industrial Zone District is intended to provide sites for moderate- to low-intensity industrial uses, commercial services and light manufacturing. The regulation of uses and standards of development set forth in the LI District are those deemed necessary to provide the proper environment for the efficient and desirable use of this type of industrial land, and to provide the proper safeguards to protect nearby residential, commercial, and public uses.

B. Land uses are permitted as shown in the schedule of uses in PMC 15.02.230.

C. Lot and building requirements shall be as shown in Table 2.9.
