A. Purpose. The purpose of the final plat is to complete the subdivision of land in conformance with all the applicable requirements and standards of the Town and all recommendations made at earlier stages of subdivision review.

B. Submittal Requirements. Not more than twelve (12) months after approval of a preliminary plat application, the applicant shall file a sufficient number of copies, as determined by the Town Manager, of the final plat application along with any additional information required by the Planning Commission or the Town Council during the preliminary plat process. The applicant shall submit all required materials specified in Appendix 1.

C. Procedure. The final plat application shall be reviewed by the Town in accordance with the review procedures chart at PMC 15.01.220. (Ord. 711 §1 (Exh. A), 2017; Amended Ord. 757 §2, 2019)
