In addition to the authority of the Town Manager to waive certain requirements of this chapter, the Town Council may waive any requirement of this chapter if it determines such waiver to be in the best interests of the Town. (Ord. 711 §1 (Exh. A), 2017; Amended Ord. 757 §2, 2019)
