A. Public water supply, connected to the Town water utility system, shall be provided to serve each lot within a subdivision.

B. All water utility facilities shall be designed and constructed in accordance with the Town of Parachute Manual of Public Works Improvements, adopted as a separate regulation and as amended from time to time. (Ord. 711 §1 (Exh. A), 2017)
