Every subdivision served by a public water system shall include a system of fire hydrants sufficient to provide adequate fire protection for the buildings located or intended to be located within such subdivision. Design standards shall conform to the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards. The Town Manager may authorize or require a deviation from these standards if another arrangement more satisfactorily complies with NFPA or local standards. (Ord. 711 §1 (Exh. A), 2017)
