15.05.180 Interpretation.
This section is included in your selections.
In the interpretation and application of this chapter, all provisions shall be:
A. Considered as minimum requirements;
B. Liberally construed in favor of the Town; and
C. Deemed neither to limit nor repeal any other powers granted under state law. (Ord. 711 §1 (Exh. A), 2017)
