The Town Council may, by resolution, impose fees for the use of any means other than cash to pay any obligation or fee to the Town. A schedule of fees shall be promulgated by the Town Clerk, and shall be approved by resolution of the Town Council. These fees may include, but are not limited to, the cost of the preparation of any deferred payment agreement, bad check charges, and convenience fees for acceptance of alternative forms of payment such as credit or debit cards as authorized and permitted by Article 11.5 of Title 29, C.R.S., as amended.
