It shall be unlawful for any person to violate any of the provisions of this chapter. Any violation of this chapter shall be deemed a Class A municipal offense as defined in PMC 11.01.030, and the violator shall be punished accordingly. Each and every day during which said violation occurs shall be deemed a separate and distinct violation. (Ord. 565 §10, 2007)
