Except as expressly set forth in this chapter, the Town hereby adopts and incorporates herein the Colorado Medical Marijuana Code, Colorado Retail Marijuana Code, medical marijuana regulations, and the retail marijuana regulations, as now existing or as hereafter amended. At least one (1) copy of each will be kept on file by the Town Clerk and open to public inspection during regular business hours. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this chapter and the provisions of the Colorado Medical Marijuana Code, Colorado Retail Marijuana Code, medical marijuana regulations, and the retail marijuana regulations or any other applicable state or local law, the more restrictive provision shall control.
