The Municipal Judge or any assistant or associate municipal judge may be removed by a majority of the Town Council for cause as provided in § 13-10-105(2), C.R.S. (Ord. 171 §1, 1981; Amended Ord. 440 §1, 2001; Amended Ord. 757 §2, 2019)
