Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter commits a municipal offense punishable by a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisonment not to exceed one (1) year. Each day during which an offense occurs shall be considered as a separate offense. (Ord. 343, 1993)
