Before entering upon the duties of their respective offices, every person elected or appointed to any office shall take and file with the Town Clerk an oath or affirmation to support the Constitution of the United States, the Constitution of the State of Colorado, and the Charter and ordinances of the Town of Parachute, and to perform faithfully the duties of the office.
