Within fourteen (14) calendar days after its classification as a potentially dangerous animal, the owner or responsible person shall have the pet animal spayed or neutered and present proof of that fact to the Town Clerk or the Police Department. Failure to comply with such requirements shall constitute a noncriminal municipal offense. (Ord. 581 §2, 2007)
