A person commits a Class B municipal offense if he knowingly and without lawful authority forcibly stops or hinders the operation of any vehicle used in providing transportation of any kind to the public or to any person, association, or corporation. (Ord. 200 §1, 1982; Amended Ord. 472 §4, 2003)
