A. Smoking is prohibited anywhere, at any time, in the Parachute Town Hall, 222 Grand Valley Way, Parachute, Colorado. The Town Manager shall post notices that smoking is prohibited in conspicuous places at the Town Hall.

B. “Smoking” means the carrying of a lighted pipe, lighted cigar, or lighted cigarette of any kind, and includes the lighting of a pipe, cigar, or cigarette of any kind.
