Pursuant to § 30-15-401.5(3), C.R.S., Garfield County Ordinance No. 2005-1, and any amendments thereto or additions thereto, which adopts the International Fire Code, 2015 Edition, within Garfield County, shall apply within the limits of the Town of Parachute. (Ord. 793 §2 (Exh. A), 2021)
