A. Pursuant to the power and authority conferred by the laws of the state of Colorado, there is adopted, by reference thereto, the International Mechanical Code, 2018 Edition, together with the chapter of the appendix set forth below, promulgated by the International Code Council, Inc. (hereinafter “IMC” or “International Mechanical Code”). The purpose of this code is to regulate the design, construction, quality of materials, erection, installation, alteration, repair, location, relocation, replacement, addition to, use and maintenance of mechanical systems, including heating, ventilating, cooling and refrigeration systems, within the Town of Parachute.
