The Town Council shall designate a person to serve as the Town of Parachute Building Official. The Building Official is authorized and directed to enforce all provisions of this title and the codes adopted by reference thereunder. The Town may contract with other persons or other governmental entities to perform inspections and other duties of the Building Official provided for in this title and the codes adopted by reference thereunder.
