A. Each application shall be submitted with the fees described in Appendix 3 (Fee Schedule) for that application. The Town Council may amend the fees in Appendix 3 from time to time. The fees shall be considered the minimum for each type of application. To the extent the application fees do not provide sufficient funds to pay for outside professional services for the review of the application, the applicant will be charged the actual review costs. All fees shall be due and payable upon submission of the application, and any additional fees will be due and payable at such time as a statement is presented to the applicant.

B. Recording and filing fees, imposed by the Garfield County Clerk and Recorder and others as a result of the application, shall be due and payable at such time as a statement is presented to the applicant. (Ord. 711 §1 (Exh. A), 2017; Amended Ord. 757 §2, 2019)
