All new construction and rehabilitation of fences within the Town of Parachute, regardless of location, material type, or height above finished grade, shall require a building permit prior to installation. Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, fences located entirely on a single property and not within a property’s front yard setback shall be permitted. A permit shall be required when a section of fence longer than five (5) linear feet requires improvement, repair, replacement, or installation. (Ord. 733 §2 (Exh. A), 2017; Amended Ord. 794 §5, 2021)
