The Town Manager shall designate one (1) or more persons to serve as the Town of Parachute Code Enforcement Officer. The Town Council may also authorize the Town Manager to designate one (1) or more staff persons to serve in that capacity on a part-time basis. Compensation for the Code Enforcement Officer shall be determined from time to time by the Town Manager pursuant to the Town’s personnel policies and annual budget.
