The Treasurer or Finance Director and other employees of the Town shall use their best efforts to prevent the dissemination of confidential information regarding individual taxpayers to any person not an official or employee of the Town which identifies or permits the identification of the amount of lodging tax collected or paid by any individual taxpayer.
