The purpose of this chapter is to promote the public health, safety and welfare by establishing contractor licensing to assure that the persons responsible for the erection, construction, enlargement, alteration, repair, moving, removal or conversion of buildings and other structures in the Town of Parachute are qualified to perform such services and possess insurance to protect consumers during the process.
