Except as otherwise provided, the Licensing Officer shall have full power to grant, renew, suspend during investigation, and revoke all licenses as provided for in PMC 6.10.060, subject always to appeal to the Town Council as hereinafter provided. (Ord. 442 §1, 2001; Amended Ord. 757 §2, 2019)
