A. The decision of the Town Council in all cases shall be final and conclusive and shall be served upon the licensee by personal service, by registered or certified mail, or by posting as provided in PMC 6.10.370.

B. A decision of the Town Council is reviewable only by Court under C.R.C.P. 106(a)(4). There shall be no stay of execution pending a review by the Court except by Court order. (Ord. 442 §1, 2001; Amended Ord. 757 §2, 2019)
