The licensee shall be a resident of Colorado and, if a corporation, must be incorporated under the laws of Colorado and duly qualified to do business in Colorado. If a nonresident corporation, partnership or limited liability company wishes to hold a liquor license within the Town pursuant to this code and the Colorado Revised Statutes, such entity shall be properly registered and licensed to do business within the state by the Secretary of State.
