Whenever a judge of the Municipal Court of Parachute has been admitted to and is currently licensed in the practice of law in Colorado, the Municipal Court shall keep a verbatim record of the proceedings and evidence at trial by either electronic devices or stenographic means, and the Court thus shall be a qualified Municipal Court of record pursuant to the provisions of state law.
