A penalty assessment schedule for criminal offenses may be established by the Parachute Town Council. In the event the Town Council has not established such a schedule, the Municipal Judge may promulgate such a schedule. A penalty assessment schedule for noncriminal traffic offenses shall be promulgated by the Municipal Judge as provided in the Model Traffic Code.
