9.01.110 Unlawful acts.
This section is included in your selections.
It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in the following acts:
A. Depositing any excluded waste in any residential refuse or recyclable container.
B. Vandalism of a refuse or recyclables container provided by the Town or its contractor. (Ord. 767 §3 (Exh. A), 2019)
