In addition to any other remedies provided by this chapter, the Parachute Municipal Code, state or federal law, the Town Attorney, on behalf of the Town, may commence an action in a court of competent jurisdiction for a temporary restraining or preliminary or permanent injunctive relief restraining any violation of this chapter.
