It is the intent of the Town Council by this chapter to protect the municipal water system from contaminants or pollutants that could enter the distribution system by backflow from a customer’s water supply system through the service connection. It is further the intention of the Town Council to comply with Regulation 11 of Colorado Primary Drinking Water Regulations, as promulgated and approved by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment.
