This chapter applies to all commercial, industrial and multifamily residential service connections within the municipal water system and to any persons outside the Town who are, by contract or agreement with the municipal water system, users of the municipal water system. This chapter does not apply to single-family residential service connections unless the Town becomes aware of a cross-connection at the single-family connection. (Ord. 771 §2 (Exh. A), 2019)
