A list of all significant dischargers who were the subject of enforcement proceedings shall be kept for public inspection at Town Hall, and may be publicized by the superintendent on the Town’s web page. This list shall summarize the enforcement actions taken against the dischargers during the period. (Ord. 500 §1, 2004)
