Otherwise applicable provisions of this title shall not apply to any mobile home, manufactured home, or factory-built unit which conforms to the health and safety requirements of the Colorado State Board of Health, the Colorado State Fire Marshal, the Colorado Division of Housing, and/or the National Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Standards Act of 1974.
