Any person aggrieved by a decision of the Building Official, or his designee, denying, issuing, or revoking a permit or in applying the provisions of this title or any code adopted by reference thereunder, to the construction, alteration, or repair of a structure may appeal such decision to the Board of Adjustment, acting as the Building Board of Appeals, except as otherwise limited in this chapter. An appeal shall be commenced within ten (10) days from the date of the decision of the Building Official, or his designee, by filing a written notice of appeal with the Town Clerk setting forth the decision appealed from and the grounds for said appeal. Upon receipt, the Town Clerk shall transmit the notice of appeal to the Building Official and the Board of Adjustment. (Ord. 793 §2 (Exh. A), 2021)
