Upon receipt of a notice of appeal, the Town Clerk shall schedule said appeal for hearing within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the notice of appeal. The Town Clerk shall thereupon mail written notice of the date, time, and place of the hearing to the Building Official and to the appellant. (Ord. 793 §2 (Exh. A), 2021)
