A. The High Density Residential Zone District is intended to accommodate all housing types, including higher density townhouses and apartment units.

B. Land uses are permitted as shown in the schedule of uses in PMC 15.02.230.

C. Lot and building requirements shall be as shown in Table 2.4.

5,000 square feet per one-family dwelling, 5,500 square feet for corner lots; 7,500 square feet per two-family dwelling unit; a minimum total lot area of 7,500 square feet for the first two townhouses and 1,800 square feet for each additional dwelling unit; 10,000 square feet for multiple-family dwellings and nonresidential uses

Minimum Lot Width

50 feet for single-family detached dwelling and two-family dwellings; 20 feet per dwelling unit for townhouse units, provided there are more than 3 attached townhouses in the building; 75 feet for multiple-family dwellings
