The practice and procedure in the Parachute Municipal Court shall be in accordance with the Colorado Municipal Court Rules of Procedure, as promulgated by the Colorado Supreme Court, and applicable statutes of the state of Colorado. The presiding Municipal Judge of the Court shall have authority to issue local rules of procedure consistent with the rules promulgated by the Supreme Court and state law. (Ord. 440 §1, 2001)
