The Clerk of the Municipal Court shall have such duties as are delegated to him by ordinance, Court rule, or by the Municipal Judge. The Clerk shall file monthly reports with the Town Clerk of all fines and costs collected or received by the Municipal Court, and on the last day of each month shall pay to the Town Treasurer said fines and costs which shall be deposited in the general fund of the Town.
