The Town Manager shall determine the compensation to be paid to the Court Clerk as authorized by Section 7-3 of the Parachute, Colorado Home Rule Charter. If the Municipal Judge serves as ex officio Clerk, he/she shall not receive any additional compensation. (Ord. 440 §1, 2001; Amended Ord. 678 §2, 2015)
