The Town Manager shall issue a permit for such connection if the application contains all the required information and the superintendent finds that the proposed connection complies with all of the provisions of the applicable ordinances of the Town and the sewer installation regulations of the Town. The connection permit shall specify the type and kind of connections and grease and sand traps proposed to be used, if any, together with the specifications of construction.
