The Town Manager is authorized to dispose of any and all abandoned vehicles not sold at public sale conducted as provided in this chapter, at any reasonable time thereafter, as determined in his or her sole discretion to be in the best interests of the Town. In such event, the report of any such disposition shall be furnished to the Department of Revenue for the disposition of the certificate of title as provided and required by state law.
