A. Each lot within a subdivision shall be connected to a public sewage collection system.

B. All sewer utility facilities shall be designed and constructed in accordance with the Town of Parachute Manual of Public Works Improvements, adopted as a separate regulation and as amended from time to time. (Ord. 711 §1 (Exh. A), 2017)
